  • Does your current supplier offer a complete and customized school uniform program? HARVEY works with each school to design and develop a uniform program which meets all of your school's needs. HARVEY will help you design customized logos or monograms for embroidery and silk-screening uniform items.
  • Does your current supplier prepare customized order forms specifically designed for your school? HARVEY will prepare and supply you with customized forms to make ordering the correct, approved items easy.
  • Does your current supplier require that you sign a contract? HARVEY does not require its schools to sign a contract but will do so if the school prefers to do so.
  • Does your current supplier maintain inventory of all your school's uniform items throughout the year? HARVEY maintains on-hand inventories of all the items that make up your school's uniform. Parents may order throughout the year and most orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order.
  • Does your current supplier provide a 100% Guarantee of its products? HARVEY stands behind all of the products we provide. We guarantee that uniforms will fit properly. We will replace any item that is defective in material or manufacture. Any item that has not been worn, altered or laundered may be returned.
  • Does your current supplier offer fitting days at your school? HARVEY's representatives will visit your school in the spring (March thru June) to measure students and assist parents in ordering. Our representatives are available to visit your school at other times of the year as well.
  • Does your current supplier provide a cost free delivery program? HARVEY offers free home delivery by UPS for all back-to-school orders placed in the Spring.
  • Does your current supplier off a toll free phone number for ordering and customer inquiries? HARVEY's 800 line (800 462-8192) is available Tuesday thru Friday from 10 to 5 and Saturday from 10 to 3 for ordering and for any customer inquiries.
  • Does your current supplier offer a return, exchange or refund policy? Any unaltered, unworn or unlaundered item which continues to be a part of one of a HARVEY school's uniform may be returned for refund or exchange, at any time.
  • Does your current supplier pay your school a commission? HARVEY pays a commission to the school or to it's PTO based upon the amount of business HARVEY does with the school. Are you completely satisfied with the service you receive from your current supplier? HARVEY provides complete, timely, courteous and considerate service to all we serve.
